We stayed in the apartment equipped with nice big balcony, the bathrooms and the master bedroom. Location: the hotel was just next door to beautiful beach, popular and public transport to the theme parks, mini golf, shopping centres and cafes/restaurants.

I chose this hotel for attending a forum and it met my expectations. The facilities were well-maintained and the staff was helpful. The rooms were comfortable and spacious, providing a pleasant stay. The location was also convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions.

One service that I missed for my work was a dedicated business center. Although the hotel had Wi-Fi and a comfortable workspace in the room, having a designated business center would have been more convenient for meetings and printing documents.

The location was unbeatable and excellent, close to old town I booked a room with a comfy bed, central heating, a private safe, and multi-channel television. The staff were very very helpful and the facilities provided were great. I spent 7 nights and would like to stay there on the next trip.

The weather was beautiful, had really lovely stay for a weekend during our stay. A great beach restaurant was open on site.

We found the resort to be very satisfying to our needs enabling us to also entertain family and friends during our stay.

The adjoining apartment in our foyer was occupied by about five chain smokers which prevented us from utilising the balcony after the first night due to the stench. We also saw them smoking in the foyer outside our door which was disappointing as we are non-smokers and we found the smell was coming in to the apartment.

The hotel's decor brought back memories of classic elegance, with its ornate furnishings and beautiful artwork adorning the walls. The general areas of the hotel were well-maintained, offering a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. As a senior woman, I found the hotel to be easily accessible, with conveniently placed handrails and spacious elevators, making it easier for me to navigate around.

I would have loved to see more activities and amenities specifically catered to senior guests.

That the view was over the pools

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this luxurious 4-star hotel and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I checked in, the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They went out of their way to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The rooms were spacious and immaculately clean, with all the amenities I could ask for like an ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a balcony with stunning views. The location of this place is fantastic, right on the beach, providing easy access to the beautiful coastline. the level of comfort and quality service provided here is truly top-notch.

I would highly recommend this hotel to my friends without hesitation.

Fantastic views, loved nice setting.

Location: the hotel was near beach and shops, grocery shops and a tropical jungle of plants. The personnel was top-class and helpful, and the owner too. The rooms were well-appointed and family-friendly with smoke detectors for our safety.

This hotel is in a good location, close to public transport and in a bustling area with plenty of cafes and shops. The beach is also within walking distance, perfect for a day spent in the sun. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with good air conditioning, and the staff are friendly and helpful.

Some of the facilities are not up to standard and need some maintenance work.

The layout of the resort is very good. Even though the resort was full, it was relaxing and peaceful (you wouldn't have thought there were so many people staying there)
